Shipping policy

Shipping

• Every UK order is sent tracked via Royal Mail.
• Collection pieces (pieces that have already been made) will arrive within 3-6 working days of your order.
• Made-to-order pieces (pieces that you have ordered to be made) will arrive within 5-11 working days of your order. 
• If an item is lost in transit no refund will be given. However I will do my absolute personal best to contact the postal service and make a claim on your behalf.
• If you would like an item/items shipped to Guernsey please contact me via email: ibexjewellery@gmail.com.

International Shipping
