Ibex Jewellery Policies 

Shipping

• Every UK order is sent tracked via Royal Mail Tracked 48.
• Ready-to-ship pieces (collection pieces that have already been made) will be shipped within 3-5 business days of your order.
• Made-to-order pieces (pieces that will be made upon your order) will be shipped within 10-14 business days of your order. 
• If an item is lost in transit no refund will be given. However, I will do my absolute personal best to contact the postal service and make a claim on your behalf.
• If you would like an item/items shipped to Guernsey please contact me via email: ibexjewellery@gmail.com.

International Shipping

• If you would like an item shipped to you outside of the UK please contact me via email: ibexjewellery@gmail.com.

Handmade Qualities

Every Ibex Jewellery piece is entirely made by hand, resulting in unique pieces and ensuring that no two are ever the same. Small marks or subtle asymmetries are a natural part of the process - adding to the character and charm of your piece, and bringing you closer to the making process!

Warranty

This warranty extends to defects in workmanship only for a period of 30 days. Damage from daily use, accidents, or lack of proper maintenance are not covered.  

Returns

All sales are final. No returns will be accepted for the following reasons:

• Change of mind.
• Incorrect size ordered - kindly ensure that you have the correct ring size before ordering.
• Damage incurred after receipt of item.
• Failure to maintain item properly.

Items can only be returned if the incorrect item was shipped, or for defects in workmanship as covered under the warranty. Items must be returned with all original packaging. Repair or refund for items is at the discretion of Ibex Jewellery. To request a refund please contact me at ibexjewellery@gmail.com.
