Refund policy

Warranty 

This warranty extends to defects in workmanship only for a period of 30 days. Damage from daily use, accidents, or lack of proper maintenance are not covered.

Returns

We only accept returns in the event that your item arrives damaged, you receive the wrong item, or for defects in workmanship as covered by the warranty. Repair or refund for items is at the discretion of Ibex Jewellery. 

No returns will be accepted for the following reasons:

• Incorrect size ordered.
• Damage incurred after receipt of item.
• Failure to maintain item properly.
• You do not like your item.
